The ruleset

Published. Fixed.
They don't move.

Every coin we deploy launches under the rules on this page. If we ever change them, the change applies to future coins only and gets dated here. Nothing changes retroactively.

Version 1.0 Effective Mar 2026 Applies to every deployment
01 / Deployment

Deployed in the open

Every coin is deployed publicly, and the first block is open to everyone. No team wallets. No bundling. No insider supply. We do not buy our own launches through side wallets, we do not pre-send tokens to anyone, and there is no private round of any kind.

Every deployment gets a registry entry at launch. If a coin is not in the registry, we did not deploy it, whatever it claims.

02 / Our allocation

We take 2% of supply at deployment

That's our position, disclosed from block one. When we sell any of it, we post the sale to the coin's registry entry: the amount and the date.

Sales disclosedAfter the fact · amount + date
Advance noticeNone, by design
Sale sizingCapped so no single sale does damage

We don't announce sales in advance because the announcement itself moves the price. What we commit to instead: every sale is posted after it happens, and every sale is sized so it can't do damage on its own.

03 / Creator rewards

Rewards come to us, up to 100%

Because we create the coins ourselves, the creator rewards the launchpad pays out come to us. On coins built with a flywheel, a share of those rewards goes back into the token instead of to us.

04 / What we can't do

A fair start is not a floor

We control how a token is deployed. We do not control what happens to it afterward, and we would not want that power even if it were available. We cannot set a price, hold a price, or support one. There is no backstop behind a KNOWN coin, and any floor you think you see is other buyers, not us.

Snipers will take supply in the first block. Early buyers will accumulate size and sell it into you later. That is a property of public markets, not a failure of the launch, and no deployment method eliminates it. Do the work on every coin.

The only promise

Never buy a token because KNOWN deployed it. Our mark tells you who launched it and what we were paid. It tells you nothing about whether the coin is worth owning. That judgment is yours.
